PROCESSING TIME: Usually 1-4 Business Days: Goal is always 1 business day but we produce many exclusive and limited edition products and some are shipped from multiple locations. If you order more then one product please note you may receive more then one tracking number.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-4 business day's.
International orders are usually received within 10-15 business days
NOTE: We do not have any control with the shipping carriers and all shipping time frames are average estimates.
Any customs fees for international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Our return policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The product(s) MUST be post marked within the 15 day window or it WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn or undamaged in any way and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or accompanied by the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then GeekBuds NEVER stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. mycashmerehouse NEVER stores any personal or payment information on any GeekBuds personal servers.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
